END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR JB-SOFT,  JOOMLA COMPONENT AND/OR MODULE AND/OR PLUGIN
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
you (either an individual or a single entity) and JB-SOFT for the Joomla extensions made by JB-SOFT.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the Software.

SOFTWARE LICENSE
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
JB-SOFT. grants you the right to use the Software on any 1 web domain. If you are setting up web a site for another individual or company, the owner of the site is required to purchase a copy.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
· Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
· Rental. You may not sell, rent, or lease the Software.
· Porting. You may not modify this software to run on another Content Management System (CMS) or any non-Joomla environment.
· Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights,JB-SOFT may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.

3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owned by Soft Ventures, Inc.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JB-SOFT be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
